2 and Beyond!

We can't believe that two years have gone by already! Lily is now officially a two-year-old. As you can see, she had a Buzz Lightyear Birthday. In the morning we enjoyed waffles and cupcakes with Keaton, Dalton, and Calem. Dalton gave Lily her first birthday kiss. In the evening, we enjoyed pizza with Mimi, Papa, Dorkie, Packie, Ashley, Molly, and Grandmas. Lily had a very full day and enjoyed every minute of it! I am happy to say she did receive a Buzz Lightyear action figure and he goes night-night with her every night and nap.

Flower Girl

Lily recently had the honor of being a flower girl in my cousin Emily's wedding. She absolutely loved wearing her beautiful dress. Both flower girls were pretty tired when it came time to walk down the aisle, but they rallied and made it. Lily made it almost the whole way down before she decided she would prefer to turn around and go sit with Papa.

Clint teaches Lily the art of the fake laugh. Strangely, she took to it quite easily (notice her hand on her belly for effect).

The extended break allowed us time to catch up with several friends and family members. Here are just a couple of the picture-worthy moments.

Happy Feet

The leg warmers that Grandma made for Lily have been quite a hit. Our little dancing queen likes to run around the house in her warmers and ballet flats. Otherwise she prefers to be naked.
